ANNA PETRI, PHD

Head of the department of embryology

Member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), the Polish Society of Reproductive Medicine (PTMR) and the National Chamber of Laboratory Diagnosticians.

In 2002 Dr Anna Petri graduated from the University of Szczecin at the Natural Sciences Department, at the faculty of biology and obtained the MSc degree. In the same year she took up a post of assistant in the Bacteriology Laboratory of the Pomeranian Medical Academy SPSK No. 1. In 2003 she obtained the title of lab diagnostician. Since 2005 she has been working in the Assisted Reproduction Laboratories: in 2005-2007 at the Clinic of Gynecology and Reproduction in the Teaching Hospital no. 1 of the Pomeranian Medical Academy as an assistant and since 2007 as a VitroLive team member. In 2011 she obtained the certificate of the Clinical Embryologist of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and in 2013 she obtained the certificate of the Clinical Embryologist of the Polish Society of Reproductive Medicine (PTMR). She defended her PhD thesis in April 2017.

ALEKSANDRA ROSIAK-GILL, PHD

Coordinator of the Diagnostic Laboratory, Coordinator of the Egg Cell Donation Program

In 2012, she graduated from the Medical Analysis faculty at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin with the title of Laboratory Diagnostician. In 2013, she began doctoral studies under the supervision of dr hab. n. med. Małgorzata Piasecka at the Department of Histology and Biology of Development of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. In 2018, she defended her doctoral dissertation entitled: “The influence of a man’s age on selected semen parameters”, obtaining a doctoral degree in medical sciences in the field of medical biology.

Throughout her professional career, she remains scientifically active. She is a member of the Polish Society of Andrology, the Society of Reproductive Biology and the National Chamber of Laboratory Diagnosticians. Moreover, she is the author and co-author of works published in renowned scientific journals and presentations presented at Polish and foreign scientific conferences.

From 2015 professionally associated with the Vitrolive clinic. She coordinates the work of the blood collection point and supervises the analyses performed in the andrological laboratory. Since 2020, she has been helping couples in their efforts to have children by coordinating the Egg Cell Donation Program. She is also an employee of the Department of Histology and Biology of Development of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin.
